There are no high monthly desk fees and after you attain a certain level of sales, Associates earn 100% of the commission for the rest of their fiscal year. When an agent reaches this real estate sales level, it is said that they have reached their, “CAP” or that they are a, “Capping agent”.

With Keller Williams Realty Profit Share, many agents actually earn greater than 100% for when their Profit Share exceeds their CAP.
