Keller Williams Realty Associates are consulted by their Team Leader and others like their Productivity Coach. Through consultation, the Team Leader helps Associates by finding out the needs of the Associate and then assisting in creating a plan and holding them accountable. Unlike many other real estate managers the KW Team Leader does not sell real estate.
The Team Leader also oversees the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) who is comprised of some Associates from the top 20% of the Market center. The ALC is responsible for Profitability, Productivity, Culture, and Growth. The ALC are leadership of the company, holding ownership and management accountable in attaining the goals of the Market Center and to remain within budget.
The most crucial part in a Keller Williams Realty Market Center is the ASSOCIATE, not the Owner, Team Leader or Employees. Many real estate companies would like their agents to believe they’re great real estate agents because of the company. Keller Williams Realty believes that it is a great company because of the agents!
